True Lime™ Lomandra

Lomandra longifolia ‘LM516’ PVR Intended Trade Name True Lime™

  • Retains vibrant lime colour across different soils and climates, unlike many lime lomandras (especially confertifolia).
  • Tolerates drought and moderate frost, providing a reliable lime green lomandra for non-humid locations in southern and western states.
  • Strong roots, providing resilience and proving useful for stabilising slopes.

True Lime™ Lomandra

A clumping, fine-leaf strappy plant with vibrant lime green foliage, medium-fine leaves, and beautiful golden male flowers. Unlike many other lomandras that turn darker green when fertilised or go lime in alkaline pH, True Lime™️ Lomandra consistently stays a lime colour.

It creates a subtle, elegant contrast against the deeper greens and blue foliage of other plants. Its weeping nature further enhances its aesthetic appeal. Compared to the common form it is more compact, with cleaner foliage and finer leaves, yet has a wider leaf similar in size to the popular Tanika® Lomandra.
